Resource mapping
Community resource mapping is a process where we identify and organize a list of community resources within the South Bend/Elkhart region, which includes all of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois. Your community resource map may include therapists, quality inpatient treatment options, and effective PHP and IOP organizations, as well as recovery support meetings/groups. If you or a loved one are overwhelmed by too many options or aren't sure where to begin, I can help you get started!
